Returns Overview

Most non-perishable items in new condition and still in original packaging can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund if you have the original or gift receipt.

Some products have more restrictive policies due to health regulations or customization – see category details below for limitations.

If you followed all guidelines when returning your item and met eligibility criteria for a return, refund will equal amount paid initially including taxes and shipping costs. We will process returns within 10 business days from receiving it back.

You may exchange your item for something else, or request refund applied to original payment method. Gift card refunds apply back to card used for buying.

Please note returns received that do not meet policy criteria can be sent back to you without processing refund or exchange if issues cannot be resolved.

General Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

Do not write on, mark, sticker, or damage item packaging to keep new condition intact. Carefully repack items with assembly components secured during transport. Follow category guidelines below for safe transport of breakables like glassware or screens.

Upon receiving your return, our warehouse inspects condition and confirms order records to verify policy compliance. If paperwork is missing or product returned used/damaged/incomplete, we cannot process refund but will recycle item responsibly.

Time Limit

You have 90 days from ORIGINAL purchase date to return most items. Some goods have more restrictive limits – see categories below for specifics.

Returns outside the eligible window, without receipt/order verification, or not meeting other policy criteria will be denied refund or exchange. We can try to locate order in our systems from your name, credit card, address etc but cannot guarantee recovering data beyond 90 days.

Sale items or price adjustments cannot be refunded for more than amount paid. The 90 day limit also applies to gifts – please retain gift receipts for easy returns.

Include all parts/accessories, original packaging, receipts/invoices, and contact/order info inside box. Use sturdy outer box with sufficient padding to avoid breakage. Seal securely.

Returns delivered to other locations may fail to reach our facility. This can cause refund denial if we never receive the item back from you. Please use approved channels above to prevent issues.

In-store purchases must be returned to a QFC store location. Bring items, receipt and accessories to Customer Service desk within 90 days along with payment used. This facilitates immediate refund or exchange.

Lost Receipts or Gifts

No need to worry if you lost your receipt or ordering paperwork. For online purchases, we can look up previous orders placed under your account or tied to method of payment. Just have ID matching details used.

Returns under $100 process without receipts – just bring government photo ID matching our existing name/address records so we can manually locate order internally. Keep gift receipts attached to presents if recipient may need to exchange something.
