Delivery & Processing Times

We process orders within 1-2 business days after order placement. Orders ship via FedEx or USPS with delivery timeframe estimates below:

Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are in addition to processing time. All delivery timeframes are estimates and delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage & Limitations

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We may restrict orders over a certain dollar value or quantity and reserve the right to cancel any order.

Changes & Cancellations

If already processed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once shipment occurs, orders can no longer be held or recalled.

You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed. No cancellations allowed after item has shipped. Please inspect packages upon delivery before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours with photographic proof of damage.

Returns & Refunds
